DeskGate Commercial Companion
Access subscription + implementation + 14-day ledger

This short form travels with the Master Agreement. It exists so a buyer or counsel can see the commercial package without reading architecture notes.

Company: DeskGate, Inc. Product on this paper: DeskGate. The Client is buying the healthcare runtime license, not a multi-vertical OS.

Why a 14-day pass/fail minutes-SLA was withdrawn

Correction

A binary “cut 60% of residual minutes in 14 days or the pilot fails” made Company the underwriter of Client parameters (cohort, portal family, exception rate, MFA). Residual minutes are not deterministic. The correct split: Company does not fail residual execution under product rules; Client can fail the set parameters. Measurement stays. The savings warranty does not.

The package a desk actually buys

1 · Access subscription (Schedule S)

Seat / lane license for embed.js + overlay + human-gate + REA. Monthly or annual. BYOK for model and unlocker spend.

SKUSeats / lanesList
S-Desk≤8 seats · 1 lane$2,500/mo or $27,000/yr
S-Agency≤25 seats · 1–2 lanes$6,500/mo or $70,000/yr
S-NetworkNamed multi-site / MSOOrder Form · $120,000/yr floor

Included cases: 4,000 (Desk) / 15,000 (Agency) per year. Excess $0.85 / completed human-approved case.

2 · Implementation (Schedule I) — optional

Paid mapping of their portal, SOP, approval rules, exception register, REA template. Not a guaranteed savings contract.

SKUScopeList
I-MapOne portal family + baseline interview$15,000
I-DeskI-Map + SOP variants + 4 live operator sessions$25,000

May be waived or credited when a design partner gives the live workflow instead of cash. If they convert to prepaid S-Agency / S-Network within 45 days of I-Desk, 50% of I-Desk (max $12,500) applies to Year 1 subscription.

3 · 14-day measurement (Schedule M) — keep the object, drop the SLA

First buyer (do not mix)

Independent RCM firm, specialty PA desk, or mid-size agency with one named portal family. Not “enterprise white-label of the OS,” not PropTech, not a portfolio master license on this paper.

What a desk buys: access to the runtime and, if elected, a mapping of their portal family. Handling-time models are planning examples. They are not a named-prospect guarantee.
