The 30-day free trial

Your card is authorized at $0.00 and the first charge comes on day 30. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. No setup invoice.
All portals are included, so start where your desk works hardest, such as Availity, CoverMyMeds or a state Medicaid portal. We do not promise a minute count in advance.
On day 30 the Schedule M ledger shows cases completed per coordinator per day against your pre-period baseline, with no overturn rate claimed. The coordinator remains the filing actor throughout.
Sign-off sits with the practice manager, clinic owner, or billing director. Before a live chart is read, the practice accepts DeskGate's BAA at checkout.

DeskGate does not monitor coordinators, inspect case queues or write patient records to its databases. The license is tied to your practice key, not to case counts.
When the extension or embed loads, it asks one question: is this organization's license key active? If yes, staging turns on for every payer portal. If no, it stays off. That is ordinary software licensing by system capability.

Screen reads go to Gemini on Vertex AI in project deskgate-production, under the Google Cloud BAA executed 28 September 2026. Chart notes and member IDs are not written to DeskGate databases, and the pilot ledger stores a SHA-256 of the payer reference, not the reference. The BAA's terms govern Google's side (Master Terms §4).
Before a live chart is read, the practice accepts its BAA with DeskGate (or the Schedule CH AVV in Switzerland).
Risk split
We do not underwrite a desk's cohort, payer mix or exception rate. Each side answers for what it controls, which keeps the agreement grounded.
